FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sandwiched panel assembly and shaping. Proposed method comprises fitting mid element on worktable, assembly of the stack by placing series of layers on mid element at said table, removal of mid element and stack from worktable and placing them of forming surface. Then, said stack is pressed against forming surface via mid element to change the stack shape for obtaining of formed sandwiched panel. Now, said panel is removed from mid element. Note that said stack is pressed against said forming pressure by air pressure difference created by suction. Note here that suction is created by placing the vacuum bag o b said stack arranged on mid element and creating a partial vacuum between said bag and forming surface. Besides, is comprises pressing said mid element against said forming surface after removal of said vacuum bag by making a tight seal between mid element and vacuum-box to produce a vacuum chamber. Note that said vacuum chamber includes forming surface for partial vacuum to be created therein.
EFFECT: simplified assembly.
