FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device (10) for analysis of fluid (18) in volume V comprises filter (12) with surface (14) of area A. Note here that said filter allows fluid transmission through filter surface. Fluid flow volume density averaged over the filter surface makes jmean. Besides, it comprises scanner to scan filter surface at the rate B where area A, in fact, agrees with optimum area Aopt, defined by formula (I). In compliance with the other version, device (10) comprises the set of at least two filters. Every filter of said set features filter surface of area A and can transmit fluid through filter surface. Note here that area A features different magnitudes for every filter. Note also that it includes the mechanism for selection of one of said filters (12) and setting of filter (12) to working position and scanner to scan filter surface (14).

EFFECT: accelerated filtration and scanning.
