A pate mass is formulated with yam flour addition. The pate mass is chopped, treated with a pate-grater, packed, closured and sterilised. The ready pate is cooled, sorted and packaged. All the ingredients are used at the specified ratio.
EFFECT: invention ensures frozen salmon fish milts pate production.
