FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The method envisages blanching and milling of salmon fish milts, fish and seafoods. Then one prepares a pate mass with addition of flour, vegetable oil, salt, flavouring additives and water. The pate mass is subjected to heat treatment. All the components are used at the specified components ratio.
EFFECT: invention ensures manufacture of a product with high nutritive value.
