FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device serves to control timing of two intake valves or two discharge valves of every ICE cylinder. Proposed device comprises shaft element 17 actuated by ICE crankshaft, first and second cams 20, 22a and can phase drive. First cam 20 is located at outer surface of shaft element 17 and cam working surface to actuate one of two intake or discharge valves. Second valve 22a is located at outer surface of element 17 to displace in circle and has working surface to actuate another intake or discharge valve. Cam phase drive changes the phase of second cam 22a with respect to that of the first cam 20. Second cam working surface features width larger than that of the first cam.
EFFECT: decreased wear, simplified design.
