SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ICE off-gas cleaning. Proposed catalytic neutraliser comprises the case. Said case has outer and inner walls with heat isolation arranged there between, inlet and outlet branch pipes. Solids filtration porous units and porous permeable cermet redox units are arranged in pairs in through and blind openings of crosswise web to make cassettes. Note here that nest web is turned relative to neutraliser lengthwise axis compared with previous web. Every unit is arranged in cassette through and blind openings. Solids filtration porous units are composed by ring monoliths with alternating opposed cavities and arranged in cylindrical cartridges with limited sizes of inserted spreader drum fitted in neutraliser between cassettes. Porous permeable cermet redox units are composed of ring monoliths and integrated with solids filtration porous units by crosswise webs and studs to make said cassettes. Inlet and outlet pipes are fitted in spreader drum while overlap angle is formed between said through and blind openings.

EFFECT: higher fuel efficiency, longer life.
