SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to cut and blanch potatoes, blanch and cut carrots. One should cut and freeze lettuce and green onions, cut squid's fillet and pickled cucumbers. The components mentioned should be mixed at oxygen-free technique with sour cabbage, common salt and hot black pepper followed by mixing sour cream and mayonnaise at the rate of 1:1 by weight to pack the mixtures obtained followed by sealing and sterilization. This enables to obtain new canned food of increased digestibility against analogous culinary dish.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
