FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns "know-how" of snack tinned food. Formula components are prepared. Prepared potatoes are diced and blanched. Carrots are blanched and diced. Prepared lettuce and spring onions are sliced and frozen. Filleted squid, pickled cucumbers and kraut are diced. Thereafter all listed components are mixed up in no-oxygen medium with table salt, calcium lactate and black bitter pepper. Sour cream and mayonnaise are mixed at weight ratio 1:1. Prepared mixtures are packed up, tinned and sterilised to produce end product.
EFFECT: production of tinned food of improved digestibility compared to similar culinary dish.
