SUBSTANCE: patient's blood serum is additionally examined for laminin-1 IgG antibodies. If the derived value is 0 to 11.9 Unit/ml, hepatitis is stated; the value within the range of 12 to 17.9 Unit/ml show a controversial result requiring a re-examination three month later, while the value of laminin IgG antibodies being 18 Unit/ml or more, hepatic cirrhosis is diagnosed.
EFFECT: using the technique enables more reliable diagnostics as compared to biopsy technique, reducing the examination injuries, simplifying the diagnostic procedure, reducing the differential diagnosis time and research cost, providing more evidence-based therapeutic approach.
