SUBSTANCE: method comprises cleaning of grain from impurities, cleaning grain surface, heat treatment of grain with convective-conductive manner at a temperature of 60-100°C for 150-50 s., respectively, followed by binning for 0.5-1 hours.

EFFECT: method enables to reduce initial high moisture of grain, to reduce grain hardness and to increase simultaneously the amount of fibrin.
