FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. An electronic sphygmomanometer contains a cuff, a pressure sensor, an angle sensor for determining the cuff angle with respect to the preliminarily determined specified reference direction, a unit of location identification for identifying whether position of the measurement point is located in a proper range on the basis of the angle sensor output signal, a unit of notification for notification of whether position of the measurement point is located in the proper range, a unit of time determination for determination of whether the first time, indicating whether the time moment at which position of the measurement point is located in the proper range is not smaller than the first standard time, and a unit of measurement control for controlling measurement of blood pressure on the basis of the signal of the cuff pressure by determination of whether the first time is not smaller than the first standard time, as the first possibility. The unit of time determination is made with a possibility of determining whether the second time indicating the time moment, at which position of the measurement point is beyond the limits of the proper range, is not smaller than the second standard time, exceeding the first standard time. The unit of measurement control is made with a possibility of starting measurement by determination of whether the second time is not smaller than the second standard time, as the second possibility. The unit of notification is made with a possibility of notification, whether the position of the measurement point is located in the proper range, with correlation of position of the measurement point with the result of measurement, when the unit of measurement control displays the measurement result.
EFFECT: application of the invention will make it possible to automatically begin measurement with preservation or without preservation of position of the measurement point in the proper range, as well as to notify whether the position of the measurement point is located in the proper range, with correlation of the measurement point position with the result of measurement, which will increase convenience of application.
