FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to valves and accessories and can be used in control valves in chemical industry power engineering, etc. Control valve comprises body with prop secured thereto and having the bores arranged parallel with handle turn plane. Valve control member with stem can displace vertically inside said body. Besides, said valve incorporates handle, drive sleeve, control member position indicator, control member retainer and control member stroke limiter. Said control member position indicator is composed by sleeve with points screwed on the stem and locked by nut with collar made at its top part. Said control member stroke limiter is composed by bolt to screwed in control member position indicator sleeve top collar and locked by nut at required position. Aforesaid control member retainer is composed by yoke secured at the handle and screwed in the yoke of the screw with knurling and nose to be fitted in one of said bores at the post.

EFFECT: simplified design, ruled out valve thread self-screw-off even at vibrations at up to 100 Hz.
