SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a sprinkler with the integrated valve and the fire extinguishing system using it. The present invention is intended to solve the above problems, and is configured so that the manager in a building checks if a fire really emerged, and if so, he sends a signal of fire extinguishing, and if the sensor for controlling the sprayer detects the fire flashover, only the corresponding sprinkler operates by a valve installed on it, and thus, the sprinklers are only actuated when the fire emerged actually, and allow the central control office, fire station, etc. to confirm the fire flashover in every house and at any time. In addition, the present invention can be used in public transport so that the water spraying is performed behind the machine room, or the control board responsible for the safety of passenger cars, and outside the latter, confirms the fire flashover, so that still taking advantage of high sensitivity of the sensor. Since in the present invention the water is sprayed only in case of real fire flashover the false activation can be prevented, and the water can be sprayed only in a required area, thereby extinguishing the fire at an early stage.
