FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: group of invention relates to development of methods for assembly of items, the process of assembly of which comprises several serial stages in several assembly accessories (AA). When assembling an item, at working stages they base an assembly component (AC) included into the item and transfer it to the next working positions of different stages of assembly in the portable AC. Basing elements of AC of working positions at different stages of assembly are mutually linked. An AC included into the item is based once in the portable AA, setting a fixed position of the AC relative to internal based elements of the portable AA. Transfer of the portable AA to the next working position of the next stage of assembly is carried out to preserve the specified fixed position of the AC. Mutual linkage of bases and installation of the portable AA and mutually linked AC of item assembly at the next working position is carried out by means of combination of geometrically mutually responsive external basing elements installed on their frames and linked to each other and to internal basing elements of mutually linked AA. The portable AA comprises a frame, with installed internal and external basing elements, mutually linked to each other.

EFFECT: increased accuracy and efficiency of assembly process due to implementation of a principle of base permanence during entire process of item assembly, reduced material intensity of used process accessories.
