FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method and device for dynamic assembly of aircraft gliders aggregate units. Device comprises a positioning system consisting of groups of positioners, a measurement system with a measuring element, rigging-basing units (RBU) by the number of positioners connected to each other by a common control system. For dynamic assembly, measurements of position of aggregate units are made, one of which is movable, and the second one is not, performing measurements of predetermined leveling points, constructing three-dimensional models of aggregate units, determining matched surfaces for assembly of aggregate units by binding points of aggregate units and RBU, vertical load is redistributed between all positioners based on measurement data of three-axis sensors of positioners, measuring the positions of the geometrical centers of the spherical supports and points, determining the positions of the moved points and the orientation of the superimposed surface of the aggregate unit, constructing trajectories of geometrical centers of spherical supports of the turbogeneration system and a movable aggregate unit, calculating axes of all positioners participating in movement of the movable aggregate unit, motion parameters are calculated, synchronization of all controlled axes of positioners is performed, and aggregate units are docked.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and quality of assembly, reduced labor intensity of assembly process.
