SUBSTANCE: steam turbine plant comprising a boiler connected with the steam pipe to the turbine with the regeneration system and a condenser connected to it with a condenser tank connected by pipeline with the condensate pump, the second boiler connected by the steam pipe to the second turbine with the regeneration system connected to it, at that the exhaust of the second turbine is connected by the pipeline with the valve mounted on it with the boiler of condensate heating having pipelines of water supply and discharge, and the line, with the valve mounted on it, of steam extraction for own and production needs, at that the condensate pump is connected by the lines to the pipeline of water supply to the boiler of the second turbine and the regeneration system of the first turbine, at that on the line connecting the condensate pump to the pipeline of supply the condensate to the boiler of the second turbine in the place of its connection with the regeneration system of the first turbine and on the pipeline of the water discharge from the boiler of the second turbine in the place of its connection with the pipelines of the regeneration system of the first turbine the double-flow valves are mounted, ensuring a constant flow of condensate in the regeneration system at the transient operating conditions.
EFFECT: invention enables to ensure operation of turbine plants, both separately and together, in the absence of heat consumers at the second turbine.
