FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: device for expulsion of air blocks from oil main consists of connected with the oil pipeline and joined between separator and accumulating vessel and a discharge valve with a limit air-pressure sensor. The separator is made inclined with the rise in the direction of oil product flow of an oil pipeline segment with its subsequent positioning, depending on longitudinal profile of the bearing surface of oil pipeline route, at the same level or after two bends in vertical plane at the previous level. The upper segment of the oil pipeline is made with an opening connected with the vertical segment of a branch connecting the oil pipeline with the accumulating vessel located near the underground inclined segment of the oil pipeline and equipped in the upper part with a discharge valve with a limit air-pressure sensor, and in the bottom part with a valve connecting it with the oil pipeline.
EFFECT: simplified structure of device for expulsion of air blocks, increased reliability of oil pipeline operation.
