FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing a series of exposed lavages of worker's various skin areas in the natural processing environment with preparations using a recommended washing liquid, conducting measuring identification of a substance by chemical analysis, calculating average dermal exposition (Dav); as a biological model for preparing the exposed lavage is prepared an isolated pig skin; that is followed by applying the measured amount of the desired substance and lavages for at least 10 times; the average lavage completeness of the applied amount (K, %) that is included into the average dermal exposition (Dav) formula.

EFFECT: method enables more complete assessment of skin contamination manifestation that is a primary consideration to establish the individual primary prevention measures aiming at skin protection and a dermal toxicant route with highest priority.
