FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to method and device for clutch contact point determination in a vehicle, as well as to vehicle. The method includes steps in which the first element of transmission is accelerated if rotation speed of this element is lower than the second value, clutch is disengaged so that the first element of transmission is disconnected from driving wheels and is in rotation, friction torque for the first element of transmission is evaluated, clutch is engaged from disengaged position when the first element of transmission is disconnected from driving wheels and the first element is rotating, contact point is determined by means of determined presence of transferred torque. The torque transferred by means of clutch depends on evaluated friction torque. When clutch is engaged torque presence is determined for multiple clutch positions. The system is performed with possibility to execute steps of the above mentioned method. Vehicle incorporates above described system.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of clutch contact points determination where clutch is installed between vehicle engine and transmission.
