SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering. In the radio communication method, a mobile terminal receives a downlink signal which includes precoding information, divides a data signal and a control signal for allocation of different radio communication resources thereto and transmits, according to a MIMO scheme, the signal of each transmission level based on the precoding information, wherein the radio base station receives an uplink signal, which includes a data signal and a control signal transmitted according to a MIMO scheme, divides the uplink signal into data signals for each transmission level and restores the control signal from the uplink signal.

EFFECT: high efficiency and quality of receiving a control signal when transmitting data signals with spatial multiplexing, as well as transmitting a control signal in the same subframe.
