FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to disperse-hardened nickel-based alloy that forms aluminium oxide on the surface and can be used at high temperatures. Proposed alloy contains the following substances, in wt %: C 0.05-0.2, Si not over 1,5, Mn not over 0.5, Cr 15-20, Al 4-6, Fe 15-25, Co not over 10, N 0.03-0.15, O not over 0.5, one or more elements selected from the group consisting of Ta, Zr, Hf, Ti, and Nb 0.25-2.2, one or more elements selected from the group consisting of REM not over 0.5, Ni and impurities making the rest. Said alloy can be used as structural materials for parts used at high temperatures.

EFFECT: high oxidation resistance and creep strength.
