SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication systems. The technical result is improving transmission of control information. The present invention discloses a method of transmitting and obtaining interfacing information, which includes, for associated user equipment (UE), a serving radio network controller which performs configuration of interfacing information of an uplink secondary and a downlink secondary carrier of a secondary uplink cell, and transmits interfacing information of the uplink secondary and the downlink secondary carrier of the secondary uplink cell at multiple carriers of the UE in node B using control signalling, or transmits interfacing information of the uplink secondary carrier and the downlink secondary carrier to a passive radio network controller using control signalling, and the passive radio network controller transmits interfacing information of the uplink secondary carrier and the downlink secondary carrier to node B. The invention further discloses a system for transmitting and obtaining secondary carrier interfacing information.

EFFECT: invention realises transmission and obtaining of information for distributing uplink secondary carrier of UE.
