FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials, particularly, to production of binder on the basis of acid coal-tar ash and can be used in production of mortars and concretes. Proposed method comprises combined mechanical-chemical activation by grinding of acid ash-and-slag removal, lime and gypsum. Note here that said used ash-and-slag features calcination losses of 15.11%, activity of 0 MPa and grain size not over 1 mm. Said used green hydrated line features grain size of at least 500 mcm and dehydrate gypsum are taken at the following ratio, wt %: ash-and-slag - 54.8-78.4, lime - 18.9-41.1, dehydrate gypsum - 2-5.6.
EFFECT: higher strength.
