SUBSTANCE: invention relates to image processing circuits. The result is achieved owing to that a frequency band processing circuit generates a plurality of image signals of other frequency bands from an image signal and suppresses noise via synthesis of image signals of other frequency bands, and a brightness/colour generating circuit generates a brightness signal in which the aliasing signal is suppressed. The image signal of the highest frequency band from the image signals of other frequency bands to be synthesised with each other by the frequency band processing circuit includes a brightness signal which is generated by the brightness/colour generating circuit and in which generation of aliasing signals is suppressed.
EFFECT: suppressing generation of an aliasing signal, which is included in an image signal which is generated by sampling, performed by an image capturing element.
