SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. A unit of connection for strong connection of an adhesive plate with the ileostomy bag includes a binding connection between the adhesive plate and the ileostomy bag. The binding connection allows relative displacement between the adhesive plate and the inlet aperture of the device to facilitate access to the plate from the side which does not contact with the body. The unit of connection additionally includes a fixing connection to fix the adhesive plate in a working position.
EFFECT: providing strong connection of the adhesive plate with the ileostomy bag.
