SUBSTANCE: adhesive plate for use in a receiving unit for the body waste collection comprises a through hole axially passing through the adhesive plate to connect to a body opening, and an adhesive inside for the plate attachment to the skin surrounding the body opening. The adhesive plate additionally comprises: an inner ring adhesive layer, and an outer ring adhesive layer surrounding the inner ring adhesive layer, and a coupling for mechanical coupling of the first ring adhesive layer to the second ring adhesive layer. The coupling comprises the first and second zones of the coupling on the outside of the respective first and second ring adhesive layers. At least one zone of the coupling as mentioned above is radially spaced from radial borders of the respective ring adhesive layer; at least one of the zones of the coupling is radially spaced from the radial borders, wherein a shear load is prevailing. An instrument for the stomic use comprises the adhesive plate and the stoma bag.
