SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely, to devices for stomic use. Device contains adhesive plate for attachment to the body, plate has central hole for stoma placing, surface facing the skin and surface not facing the skin. Wherein surface not facing the skin is equipped with a protective layer. Wherein surface of the plate facing the skin comprises 1) central area having substantially non-absorptive protective adhesive material with detachment force from 3 to 20 N/25 mm on steel measured in accordance with approved standard ASTM D6862-04, 2) intermediate area surrounding the central area, wherein mentioned area contains substantially non-absorptive soft adhesive material with detachment force from 1 to 10 N/25 mm measured according to ASTM D6862-04, and 3) edge area surrounding the intermediate area, wherein these edge area contains substantially non-absorptive protective adhesive material with detachment force from 3 to 20 N/25 mm on steel measured in accordance with approved standard ASTM D6862-04.

EFFECT: usage of the invention provides good adhesive properties and control of leakage along the borders together with minimal skin detachment in the remaining part of the adhesive plate surface.
