FIELD: aircraft.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the ice formation on substrate suppression method. Method comprises the curable film-forming composition application onto the substrate. Said curable film-forming composition comprises 10–90 % by weight of containing isocyanate functional groups hardener, 10–90 % by weight of film-forming polymer, containing functional groups reactive with the hardener isocyanate groups, 1–40 % by weight of acrylic polymer containing side functional groups, reactive with of the hardener isocyanate groups, and polysiloxane side chains, and 1–40 % by weight of a polysiloxane other than the film-forming and acrylic polymers.

EFFECT: produced on the substrate coating significantly reduces the ice adhesion and meets the requirements for the technical characteristics of the coating material for aircraft.
