FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to two-component polyurethane coating based on organic solvents. Described is composition of two-component polyurethane coating based on organic solvents, which as first component includes dispersion, including: hydroxyl-functional acrylate binding agent; first solvent, representing at least one compound, selected from the group, consisting of 2-propoxyethanol and 2-butoxyethanol; water in amount from 5 to 50% and, optionally, at least one additional organic solvent; and as second component, at least one cross-linking agent, which has isocyanate groups, for said hydroxyl-functional acrylate binding agent. Also described are method of covering wooden, metal, glass, mineral or textile substrate, including application of said coating composition on substrate and curing coating at temperature from 0°C to 130°C, preferably from 20° to 80°C, and substrate, having coating, obtained by described method.

EFFECT: obtaining coating composition, meeting VOC content requirements, namely, 2K polyurethane coating, meeting VOC content requirements, by selection of solvent, combined with water, as medium for dispersion for polyol component.
