FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention is a method of assessing the resistance of plants to soil salinisation. In implementing the method the fixation of roots of the 3rd and 6th day seedlings of the test plants is carried out, and the preparations of macerated cells are prepared. The immunofluorescent staining of the preparation with antibodies to the protein is carried out, forming microtubules of cytoskeleton followed by microscopic analysis of stained preparation and comparing the preparation with the reference sample. The salt resistance of agricultural plant is judged by disruption of parallel alignment of orientation of cortical cytoskeleton microtubule beams of the 6th day samples relative to the orientation of cortical cytoskeleton microtubules of the 3rd day samples.

EFFECT: invention enables to assess the resistance of plants to soil salinisation.
