SUBSTANCE: patient's postoperative blood interleukins 1β, 4, 10 are determined. If simultaneous value of interleukin 1β is more than 2.0 pg/ml, of interleukin 4 is more than 0.5 pg/ml and interleukin 10 is less than 25 pg/ml, developing systemic inflammation response is predicted.
EFFECT: using the given method enables predicting early postoperative complications in the patients with septic endocarditis undergone cardiopulmonary bypass surgery.
