SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine. Method of early postoperative complications prediction in patients with rheumatic heart diseases is characterised as follows. During prosthetics or plasty operation cardiac valve or its part is excised, and then preparation is analysed for immunohistochemical factors using antibodies to enterovirus VP1-antigene. In case expression of required antigene is detected in endotheliocytes, fibroblasts and leaflet fibroblasts, early purulent postoperative complications are predicted. Invention provides accurate, time-saving and easy-to-use prediction procedure.

EFFECT: provided accurate forecasting of early postoperative complications.
