FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, specifically to surgery. Surgical areas are marked on photographs, and skin incisions are marked on the lower and upper eyelids. The skin is dissected; the excess skin is removed. The whole dissection area is treated with autologous fibrin glue made from a patient's blood. Edges of the upper eyelid skin are sutured with a subcuticular suture at a distance from incision corners. Edges of the lower eyelid skin are connected tight and stripped.

EFFECT: blepharoplasty technique provides high and lasting cosmetic effect ensured by putting the eyelids into a stable aesthetically consistent shape, allows avoiding postoperative scars and cicatrices with minimally invasive surgical procedure.
