SUBSTANCE: method envisages recipe components preparation, tomatoes cutting and blanching, fresh white cabbages chopping and freezing, spring onions and parsley greens cutting and freezing, tofu cutting, the listed components mixing with sugar and salt, the produced mixture and mayonnaise packing, sealing and sterilisation. Additionally, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake is preliminarily poured with water for swelling.
EFFECT: method ensures reduction of the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
