SUBSTANCE: method involves potatoes cutting and blanching, spring onions and basil, parsley and dill greens cutting and freezing, cod fillet, tofu and brined cucumbers cutting, the listed components mixing with lemon juice and salt, the produced mixture and mayonnaise packing, sealing and sterilisation. Additionally, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake is preliminarily poured with water for swelling.
EFFECT: method ensures reduction of the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
