SUBSTANCE: one performs potatoes and cucumbers cutting and blanching, horse-radish blanching and grating, spring onion and parsley greens cutting and freezing, cod fillet cutting. Ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake is poured with drinking water and maintained for swelling. The listed components are mixed with acetic acid and salt. The produced mixture and mayonnaise are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake introduction into the product composition allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
