SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine. A method for measuring blood pressure for adjusting pressure supplied to a cuff is ensured by an electronic sphygmomanometer. That is combined with measuring blood pressure by multiplying a pre-set constant by maximum pressure pulse wave amplitude in a calculator. That is ensured by deriving a patient's and/or the cuff state information related to the measurement status using an information receiver when measuring. A calculation parameter is corrected by correcting the constant with using a correcting unit on the basis of the information related to the measurement status. The stage of correction aims at obtaining temporary measured blood pressure information as referred to the information related to the measurement status, having a bearing on the patient's status with using the information receiver, and the constant is corrected on the basis of the temporary measured blood pressure.
EFFECT: using the group of inventions enables providing higher accuracy of the blood pressure measurement.
