FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to a marker applicable for ensuring a position of a stent (a device of organ lumen reconstruction) inside a human body by a recognising unit, e.g. comprising an X-ray device in the process of placing the stent inside the human body, and to the stent provided with such marker. The marker for ensuring the position of the stent formed of wires inside the human body. The stent has a primary zigzagged wire of the stent, and a tube made from a raw material which can be recognised by the recognising unit mounted on a zigzagged reverse section of the primary wire of the stent and/or a vicinity of the reverse section. The reverse section has a curved section formed in the curved form, and a parallel section which is not interrupted with the curved section, and the tube is mounted on the parallel section. According to the second version of the marker, for ensuring the position of the stent, the tube is mounted on each of the primary wires of the stent configuring the zigzagged reverse section and/or the vicinity of the reverse section, and/or mounted so that to keep each of the primary wires of the stent together.
EFFECT: invention has a simple configuration; it adequately ensures the position of the stent when the stent is placed in a target involved portion that is effective; it possesses high safety of the stent, and is preferentially used for the X-ray device to ensure the position of the marker inside the human body.
