FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of chemistry. A gaseous mixture of air or oxygen with water vapour is prepared in a mixer by supply of the mixture components along the axis of the mixer, representing a cylindrical channel, separated with partitions. Hydrocarbon gas is passed through a chamber cooling system, heating it and simultaneously cooling the chamber reaction zone; the obtained vapour-oxygen oxidiser is mixed with heated hydrocarbon gas by step-by-step introduction of the vapour-oxygen oxidiser into the hydrocarbon gas flow. The formed reaction mixture is heated by a heat-exchange with obtained synthesis gas in the reactor output, with simultaneous cooling of synthesis gas. Partial oxidation is carried out in a combustion chamber, equipped with inserts that form an internal passage, providing pass of a coolant from the case cooling tract.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce raw material consumption and ensure the process safety.
