SUBSTANCE: method includes separate supplying hydrocarbon gas under high pressure, pre-mixed with water vapour, and preheated oxidant into the nozzle head of the reactor in the turbulent mode of gas flow, mixing the gas mixture and the partial oxidation of humidified hydrocarbon gas at the temperature below 1400°C in oxygen oxidizer in the combustion chamber of the reactor, initial cooling hydrogen-containing gas with a flow of water, further cooling hydrogen-containing gas in the first heat exchanger, in which water vapour is produced for mixing with hydrocarbon gas, cooling in the second heat exchanger, in which hydrocarbon gas is heated, and cooling in the waste heat boiler, in which process vapour is produced for the consumer, then supplying hydrogen-containing gas cooled after the waste heat boiler into the correction block, in which the partial steam catalytic conversion of carbon monoxide is performed with the aim of producing the molar ratio of H2/CO≈2.1-2.4 optimal for methanol synthesis, further cooling hydrogen-containing gas in the third heat exchanger-refrigerator, and separating the liquid phase in the separator, heating dry hydrogen-containing gas outgoing after the separator in the fourth heat exchanger with vapour produced by the third heat exchanger-refrigerator, and supplying methanol into the synthesis block input.
EFFECT: efficient production of hydrogen-containing gas required for methanol production, composition and parameters, eliminating the formation of soot and nitrogen oxides.
