FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instrument-making industry and can be used to control flow rate of medicines at intravenous injections. The invention relates to sensor (102, 202, 402, 502) for detection of bubbles in a gas phase, which are contained in liquid (208, 408, 527) flowing along flow path (204, 406, 508). The sensor includes heating element (106, 210) for liquid heating; with that, the heating element is provided with the pre-set power level, at least during detection, and converter (108, 112, 212) that can shape measuring signal (114) pointing at the heating element temperature. In addition, the sensor includes comparator (116) to compare the value of measurement result of the measuring signal to the pre-set threshold value; with that, the pre-set threshold level corresponds to initial temperature achieved by the heating element in response to the pre-set power level and minimum speed achieved by liquid on the flow way. Based on the comparison result, the comparator shapes output signal (118) pointing at possible presence of bubbles in gas phase.
EFFECT: improving accuracy of obtained data.
