FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: in liquid sprayer comprising a hollow cylindrical casing connected to a nozzle where orifice holes are made, the hollow casing consists of a cylindrical part with external thread to be coupled to the fitting of a distributing pipeline supplying liquid, and of two hollow cylinder-conical belts coupled sequentially and set coaxial to it, a nozzle in the form of a cup is fixed in the lower part of the casing coaxially to it, the cup bottom is provided with vertical and inclined orifice holes at an angle of 45° to the nozzle axis, the casing's cylindrical belt is provided with at least one row of radial holes with their axes being placed in the plane perpendicular to the casing axis plane, the number of holes in each row amounts to at least three, the casing and the nozzle form several coaxial inner chambers between them: cylindrical ones and a conical chamber set between them, one of the cylindrical chambers is used to supply liquid to be sprayed, and the conical chamber and the cylindrical one are expansion chambers. An air (gas) supply tube is fixed in the central part of the nozzle coaxially to it, a hollow disk with perforation, turned to the side of outlet cross sections of the nozzle orifice holes, is connected to one of the tube ends in its lower part.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of fluid atomisation.
