FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering. Magnetising rectifier 9 is connected via smoothing choke 8. Tests are carried out from static frequency converter 1 equipped with control inputs of frequency and voltage. Current phase meter 12 is also used. For testing by resonant method of reactor 5, circuit uses besides main resonance capacitor 4 two dividing capacitors 6, 7, common point of which is earthed.
EFFECT: technical result is increased stability of tests.
