SUBSTANCE: this invention relates to a vibration flow meter and a method, and more precisely, to a corrosion-resistant vibration flow meter and a method. The proposed group of inventions includes corrosion-resistant vibration flow meter (5) and formation methods of the corrosion-resistant vibration flow meter. With that, flow meter (5) includes flow meter assembly (10) including one or more flow meter tubes (103) configured with possibility of vibrations (oscillations); with that, it also contains diffusion coating (202) applied on the whole flow movement way in flow meter assembly (10); with that, diffusion coating (202) diffuses into the assembly section and includes some part of flow meter assembly (10); the above diffusion coating (202) is applied onto inner surfaces, outer surfaces and flanges (101, 101') of flow meter assembly (10). A formation method of a corrosion-resistant vibration flow meter involves installation of a flow meter assembly, which includes one or more flow meter tubes configured with possibility of vibrations (oscillations); with that, a diffusion coating is applied on the whole flow movement way of the flow meter assembly; with that, the diffusion coating is diffused into the assembly section and includes some part of the flow meter assembly; the above diffusion coating is applied onto inner surfaces, outer surfaces and flanges of the flow meter assembly. Besides, the invention proposes a formation method of a corrosion-resistant vibration flow meter, which involves installation of a flow meter assembly, which includes one or more flow meter tubes configured with possibility of performing vibrations (oscillations); with that at least two process connections are attached to the flow meter assembly, and a diffusion coating is applied onto the whole flow movement way of the flow meter assembly, and at least two process connections; with that, the diffusion coating diffuses into the assembly section and includes some part of the flow meter assembly.
EFFECT: preventing erosion, providing hard surface, low friction coefficients for a flow, and reducing the influence on vibration characteristics.
