SUBSTANCE: method includes stages of reception of sensor signals from a vibration flow metre and determination of current zero shift for a vibration flow metre. The current zero shift may be determined based on the received signals of the sensor. The method also comprises a stage of determination of one or several current operational conditions. One or more current operating conditions may be compared with operating conditions of previously determined correlation of shift. The method also includes the stage of formation of the average zero shift based on the current zero shift and zero shift of the previously determined correlation of shift, if the previously determined correlation of shift includes zero shift, which corresponds to current operating conditions.
EFFECT: possibility to determine and compensate drift of zero shift during operation of a sensor in process of its normal usage.
