SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, is a manually controlled vacuum-aspiration device, intended for vacuum-aspiration, in particular, in gynaecology. The medical vacuum-aspiration device contains a vacuum cylinder, a plunger and a blocking mechanism. The vacuum cylinder is made in fact closed or with a possibility of closing at the first end by means of a valve, being closed at the second end by means of the plunger, capable of travelling along the cylinder axis. The said plunger has a rod and is capable of keeping from travelling towards the valve, when located adjacent to the second end, by means of the blocking mechanism. The blocking mechanism includes an area of a reduced size of the cylinder at the second end, and a portion of the plunger rod, which, when the plunger is located adjacent to the second end, is capable of engaging with a limited area by rotation of the plunger and rod around the axis to realise said engagement.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to carry out easy assembling and disassembling of the construction, is convenient in application and sterilisation.
