FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, specifically to syringes. Syringe comprises: a cylinder having a flange extending radially therefrom; plunger, at least partially located in cylinder; and a flanged reamer having a central body and opposing gripping elements extending radially from the central body, the central body having a proximal end, a distal end and a longitudinal opening extending between the proximal and distal ends. At that, the central body additionally comprises an engagement groove and a plunger hole, wherein the engagement slot has a slot for the cylinder and a flange groove, which extend from side surface of central body into longitudinal hole between proximal and distal ends to ensure insertion of cylinder and flange to facilitate connection of flange reamer with cylinder with possibility of disconnection, wherein the slot for the cylinder extends along the longitudinal axis along the height of the cylinder, which is greater than the width of the slot for the cylinder, the flange groove has a height measured parallel to the longitudinal axis of the longitudinal hole, and is narrowed at this height from side surface of central body to longitudinal hole for increasing limitation of movement of cylinder relative to flange expander when cylinder is inserted into longitudinal hole.
EFFECT: disclosed is an aspiration-injection device.
