SUBSTANCE: eddy current NDT device includes excitation coil (14) to which excitation signal (SE) can be fed to subject a test object (16) to variable electromagnetic field, analogue-to-digital converter (21), filter device (22) with band filtering capability with its input connected to analogue-to-digital converter (21), demodulator (27) with its input connected to output of the filtering device (22), receiving coil (17) for generation of coil signal (SP) depending on flaws of test object (16), where input of analogue-to-digital converter (21) is connected to receiving coil (17), and filtering device (22) can reduce scanning rate.

EFFECT: enhanced precision of flaw detection in test object.
