SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication equipment and can be used in wireless communication systems for processing of an analogue signal of a basic band in an information terminal, which implements communication using a dielectric. A receiving device includes an electrode to receive a signal of an electric field induced in the dielectric; the first amplification coefficient adjustment device; a channel selection filter; the second amplification coefficient adjustment device; a comparator for conversion of a signal from the output of the second amplification coefficient adjustment device to a digital signal; a superdiscretisation device for superdiscretisation of a digital signal on frequency fclock that is higher than frequency fsignal of a reception channel; a demodulator of a signal subject to superdiscretisation; and a clock generator for submission of required clock signals to the superdiscretisation device and the demodulator.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of signal reception interference immunity.
