FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment of laser target and range finding. The laser target-range finder comprises a source of primary power supply, a laser radiator with a pump lamp, a control unit, a unit of laser radiator power supply, including a source of charge of a capacitance energy accumulator and a source of a duty arc for the pump lamp, which comprise control circuits, and reverse pulse voltage converters, including power switches with sensors of inductor current, controllers of voltage converters with units of control of power switch current amplitude, power transformers and high-voltage rectifiers. Besides, the control circuit of the duty arc source is equipped with a setter of a forced mode of voltage converter operation with increased capacity and an efficient mode of voltage converter operation with decreased capacity. The setter is connected to the inlet of the unit of power switch current amplitude control. The control unit is equipped with a channel to control the duty arc source in part of connection of the forced mode of voltage converter operation before discharge and after discharge of the capacitance energy accumulator to the pump lamp, and also by a channel to control a source of charge of the capacitance energy accumulator in part of connection of the forced mode of voltage converter operation during operation of a laser radiator at higher repetition rates, connected to the unit of control of the power switch current amplitude.

EFFECT: increased operational reliability of a laser target-range finder with simultaneous reduction of mass and dimensions.
